Vendor, please before sign up with iboHaiti/ebohaiti. It's recommended to open two accounts. one account named My Buying Account + R

is for you to be able to buy only. And the other account named My Selling Account + R is for you to be able to sell only as a vendor. You can also use the same username and password  for both accounts if necessary.

HOW TO POST A PRODUCT FOR SALE / RENT?

1 -  You can see the top link named "SELL WITH US"

Where from vendor can register.

2 - After  completed your vendor registration page, you will receive your login information Via your email.

3 - Click on “SELLE WITH US” to login into vendor portal.

4 - After login to vendor portal, now you can ADD, EDIT, and  MANAGE your account.

5 - To post a product. Click on “MANAGE PRODUCTS

6 - Click onMANAGE PRODUCTS, then click on ADD NEW PRODUCT

7- Follow all the information asked regarding your product.

8- CLICK ON BROWSE to select product from your file or personal drives. Very important! make sure after upload your product image to select Set base image. Which means, which product image you want to be appear first.

9 - After finish all the process, click on  Save until receive an approval email from iboHaiti admin support to inform you when your product is posted.

 

TO DELETE A PRODUCT

 Log in to your seller account

1- Go to MANAGE PRODUCTS

2- If you’re using a desktop computer, point the mouse on the product where you’ll see  on the right EDIT/DELETE .

 3- Repeat the same steps for CELL PHONE and IPAD users. Slide your finger on the product to EDIT/DELETE.

 

NOTE!

It’s very important to delete a product that’s no longer available for SALE or OUT OF STOCK.

Is my personal information safe?
Yes. iboHaiti uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your personal information. Also, we do not store any account information. Read more about our Safe Shopping Promise and Privacy Policy.

Can my "Ship to" address be different than my "Bill to" address?
For security purposes, your order will only be shipped to the address listed on your credit card billing statement. Not all items can be shipped to all addresses - for information, please contact us for Shipping Restrictions.

 How do I check product availability?
AVAILABILITY of a product can be found in all categories search place. When you search for an item, the Search Results page displays individual product availability. Availability is also displayed on an individual item Specs/Information page. And availability is listed when you add an item to your Shopping Cart. For information, please contact us.

 When will my order arrive?
To estimate the latest date your delivery may arrive, look at each item in your Shopping Cart and find the one with the longest "Usually ships in" days. Count the days, starting with the day you will be placing the order, and count forward on the calendar, but DO NOT count Saturday or Sunday. Then, add the number of days you chose for having your order shipped and count forward on the calendar. Again, DO NOT count Saturday or Sunday. (Although USPS does deliver on Saturdays, we cannot guarantee that this will occur.) You now have estimated the latest arrival date for your delivery. For more information about your item. What are the shipping options?
We ship standard, 2-day and overnight in the 48 continental United States. International options (standard, economy, priority) and rates are applied for Alaska, Hawaii and the country of Haiti. We apologize that we are temporarily unable to ship orders to Canada. For more information about your item. Please contact us.

What are my payment options?
At iboHaiti, you can shop using your American Express Card, DiscoverCard, MasterCard, VISA, or your PayPal enabled account. Personal checks are not accepted at iboHaiti, "Starter" checks are not accepted. And iboHaiti do NOT accept personal or business checks drawn on foreign checking accounts. No check at all!

What is your return policy?
Returns/exchanges for orders being shipped back require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 15 days. To obtain an RMA Number, contact Customer Service.

Can I order products from iboHaiti over the phone?
Yes. While shopping at ibohaiti.com it is safe and secure, we realize some shoppers would prefer to order by phone. Checkout our extensive selection, by clicking on contact Customer Service. Please have your SKU number handy for faster service.
